Properly Grill Meats and Veggies Every Time with This Handy Guide

Properly Grill Meats and Veggies Every Time with This Handy Guide

One of the best, and healthiest, ways to cook food is through grilling. It's done by exposing meats and veggies to direct heat over hot flame. Grilling also uses less oil and gives you a juicy and flavorful dish. If you're starting out, however, grilling can be a bit of a challenge.

This infographic will show you how you can perfectly grill meats and veggies. You'll know whether to use direct or indirect heat, the level of heat, and the total cooking time.

If you have an induction stove, you can easily control the temperature so you can easily adjust it based on the level of heat recommended below. Although nothing beats grilling food over charcoal under the heat of the sun to get perfectly charred meat.

Now that you know how to properly grill food, try it out at home! If you live in a condominium like I am, you can still grill food using an induction stove and a grill pan. It's very easy to control the temperature so that you can reach the optimal temperature range rather quickly.

For your safety, it's very important you have a thermometer so that you can measure the internal temperature of meat. So, don't forget to get one!

Again, this is only a guide. Don't be afraid to experiment! That is how you will really learn.

Happy grilling!

  1. Oh, the grill master chart is really useful. My in-laws love steamboat and for sides, we use the portable induction cooker to grill thin meat, so thank you for sharing :D

    1. It's great that the infographic was able to help you Danessa. Yeah, an induction cooker is perfect for grilling thin meat, it'll cook right away and you can easily control the temperature too!

      Happy Cooking!
