Brewery Gastropub: Serving the Best Imported Beers in Iloilo City
Brewery Gastropub is the first bar in Iloilo City that offers a wide selection of commercial and craft beers from all over the world. They feature over 40 different varieties of imported beer that you can choose from. I'm also quite happy that they also sell some of my favorite beers: Stella Artois, Guinness, and John Smith.
It's great that Iloilo City now has a restaurant dedicated to serving good quality, imported beers. It's a testament to how much the city has grown over the past years.

Have a Taste of Delicious Thai Food at Silk Road Thai Bistro in Bonifacio Global City
Silk Road is a Thai restaurant in Bonifacio Global City known for it's quality Thai dishes. My expectations were quite high fore Silk Road because the restaurant has pretty great reviews on Zomato. In my opinion, I think the food was good, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was amazing.

Starbucks Philippines has another treat for all of us. On January 15 to January 23, 2015, you can have a taste of rare and exotic Starbucks Reserve Coffee for the price of regular brewed coffee.
If you are not familiar with Starbucks Reserve Coffee, here's how it's different from regular coffee according to Starbucks Philippines,
Exotic, Rare and Exquisite
We spend a lot of time in origin countries searching for the finest coffees – ones with distinct flavors that enchant, amaze and captivate. But of the thousands we encounter, only a precious few are deemed exceptional enough to become Starbucks Reserve® coffees. These intriguing offerings are only available for limited times at select stores.

Starbucks Philippines is Going Candy Confections with Raspberry Truffle Mocha and Chestnut Praline Latte
Starbucks Philippines is on a roll with new, innovative flavors. Last November, they released their 2014 Christmas flavors and introduced the Christmas Cookie Latte. Just two months before that, they also featured two new flavors: the French Vanilla Latte and Dark Caramel Latte. Starbucks is keeping us coffee aficionados on our toes with these product launches. Now, they're bringing us candy confection-inspired beverages with the Raspberry Truffle Mocha and Chestnut Praline Latte, released last January 9, 2015.
Have a Taste of Native Iloilo Arabica Coffee at Madge Cafe
Madge Cafe, once tucked away inside La Paz Public Market since it first opened it's doors in 1951, has branched out to a new location in Diversion Road (a short walk from Smallville Complex). Madge Cafe is popular for bringing people from all walks of life - from businessmen, farmers, fish vendors, and politicians - together for a cup of coffee. This new store still hopes to achieve that.
The new location is very accessible to locals regularly going to Smallville, SM City Iloilo, or Iloilo River Esplanade and don't want to go out of their way and go to La Paz Public Market for a cup of delicious coffee.

Fuel.ph: Your Specialty Coffee Destination in Iloilo City
Fuel.ph is a specialty coffee shop in Iloilo City located along Diversion Road (near Kia Motors outside the Smallville Complex). The coffee shop was founded on one principle - to help people like you and me pursue their life passions. So far, Fuel.ph has done just that by being the venue where people meet to share their passions on art, music, dance, photography and much more. Fuel regularly hosts events such Doodle Thursdays or Open Mic Nights to encourage people to share their passions with the rest of Iloilo City.
Another great thing to know is that Fuel.ph is also a budding social enterprise. They serve only locally-grown Philippine Arabica coffee beans sourced from Benguet for their hand-brews and they use some of their profit to donate to local causes. I remember a previous campaign where Fuel.ph was raising funds to help build Rain Catch Mechanisms in Barangay Calajunan through their Snowball promo.
