A Healthy Tuna & Broccoli Spaghetti Recipe And Other Yummy Healthy Dishes

A Healthy Tuna & Broccoli Spaghetti Recipe And Other Yummy Healthy Dishes

It's no secret that I love to eat pasta, along with everyone else I know. Pasta has been the staple food of Italy for a very long time, but at this day and age it's now a dish enjoyed all over the world - from a simple aglio e olio to more complex pasta dishes. I'm sure a lot of home cooks out there would love to get their hands on a great pasta recipe so that they can impress their family and friends with a delicious meal.

Today, I want to share a delicious Tuna and Broccoli Spaghetti Recipe from Stories of Eats and Deets - a site that promotes a healthy lifestyle by preparing (and eating) delicious, healthy food - which was recommended by a friend (alright, I saw it on facebook). It's a fairly simple recipe that only requires some spaghetti, tuna, broccoli, olives, caper, and shallots. You would also need to season it with salt, pepper and some lemon juice to elevate the flavor.

Unfortunately, I don't have permission to share the recipe here, but you can check out the site to view the entire recipe and the preparation instructions.

The site also has other delicious low-calorie recipes that you might want to check out, such as:
Don't be intimidated by the names of the dishes, they are fairly simple and easy to cook. I can guarantee that these recipes are worth your time since they are all make for a healthy and delicious meal.

Stories of Eats and Deets may be quite new, but I can't wait for other great recipes from the site. If you like the recipe and the site, don't forget to share it with your friends.

Don't miss out! You can follow me on Facebook or subscribe to Chef Jay's Kitchen by email to get updates on new articles. To check out my restaurant reviews, follow me on Zomato.

  5. Oooh, this looks good! We're actually on a diet that does not include pasta, but I guess we can include it for one of our 'cheat days'. Haha! Tuna and broccoli sounds like a good combination anyways, and as you say, it's still healthier (than cream etc. for example.)
