Let C' Italian Dining Woo You With Romance, Elegance, and Authentic Italian

Tucked away along the streets of Salcedo village is a small, intimate Italian restaurant called C' Italian Dining. As soon as you walk in the restaurant, you can't help but think that it's the perfect place for a bit of romance. Beautiful paintings are lined along the walls, tables are arranged to seat at most four, and the lights help create a dim, romantic atmosphere.

C' Italian Dining is the place you bring someone you really want to impress.

The paintings that were hanging on the walls, the antique chairs and tables, and the plates lined on the shelves complements the elegance and intimacy of dining at C' Italian Dining. The plates contain dedications and signatures from celebrities and politicians - a sign that this has been a hidden dining spot for the rich and famous.

You will be given some fresh, home-made bread while waiting for you orders. The bread was delicious, it was soft with a bit of crunch on the outside. It was so good when paired with the pesto and parmesan dip that I couldn't stop myself from eating more.

C' Italian Dining is popular for their panizza - a C' Italian original creation. A panizza is a thin, freshly-baked pizza sliced in long strips that you eat by placing some arugula and alfafa sprouts in the middle and rolling it up to create a beautiful pizza roll as shown in the photos above.

The Kristina Panizza  (Php 520, La Familia) was quite heavenly - a fine crisp dough with bacon, ham, caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes, and mushrooms. I initially made the mistake of putting too much chili flakes and chili oil in, which just ruined my roll because it really just tasted of chili. I tried a second roll without any chili so that I could savor the panizza as is. I have to say the panizza was beautifully cooked and seasoned. The balance of fresh flavors from the vegetables when paired with the crunchy, flavorful pizza strip was really quite delightful. I could eat have their panizza all day long!

The Linguine Al Tartufo (Php 390) was another standout dish. The truffle cream sauce was very delicious, although I still can't decide if it maybe had a bit too much truffle flavor in it. The asparagus was perfectly cooked which adds a bit of crunch and texture to the dish and the parmaham so packed with flavor that it's my favorite part of the dish. I tried eating the parmaham with the truffle cream pasta, and some asparagus in one bite the individual components add so much depth that the combination of flavors made a lot of sense.

I can't wait to come back and try the gnocchi or maybe the prime rib eye steak. There are just loads of authentic, Italian dishes that you can enjoy in C' Italian Dining. You're compelled to come back for a second round.
