The Most Powerful Food Combinations You Need to Know

You should know by now that a daily dose of healthy food such as apples, green tea, and eggs is excellent for your body. By eating the right kind of food (I don't mean that bag of chips or french fries), your body gets all the nutrients it needs to function properly. You will feel amazing and less sickly as a result. 


For those of you who are more serious about eating healthy, you can take it up a notch by eating the right food combinations. The science of it is quite simple, nutrients work together to keep your body healthy. Chemical processes at the cellular level keep us alive, so it makes sense that the chemical interactions (synergies) between the food we eat can enhance their individual 'healthy' attributes. 

Here's the point. The healthy food we eat can work in harmony to be even more healthy. So learn how to combine different meals to get the most out of the food you eat! Just to make things clear, the food combinations mentioned in this post is not referring to the food-combining diet
