From Around the Web: Our Favorite Articles for November

I'm really sorry for such a late post. When I started Chef Jay's Kitchen, I promised you that I'm going to share the top 5 food articles I've come across each month, and I am way behind schedule. It's been a busy couple of weeks for me, but I understand that shouldn't be an excuse. I know it's late but here are the top food articles for November! Once again, thank you for your patience.

This is a lesson in food and flavor that you shouldn't miss so that you won't ever have to eat a bland meal again!
  2. Around the World in Coffee - Did you know that the Vietnamese take their coffee with condensed milk? Did you know that people in Finland put cheese in their coffee? Well, I didn't know until I read this article from The Fat Kid Inside on how people around the world experience coffee. Learn how different cultures from around the world drink their morning cup of coffee and try it out yourself!
  3. 7 Essential Filipino Cookbooks - Filipino food is amazing! I think Filipino cuisine is so full of flavor and umami-goodness that I'm sad with the fact that it's not shared with other people from around the world as much as other cuisines.   4. A Guide on The Best of Hole in the Wall - I recently wrote an article about Hole in The Wall, a new up-scale 'food gathering experience' in town located at the Century City Mall. It's the first of its kind in the Philippines. The stalls that were open were just dessert stores at the time, but now that all the stalls are finally up and running here's a guide on the best of what you can find there!
