Co Nut Ink Brings Singapore's Famous Premium Coconut Ice Cream to the Philippines

"You can't buy happiness but you can buy ice cream" are words that everyone should live by. Whenever life hits you hard, a scoop of ice cream instantly makes everything better. I eat ice cream all the time, whether I'm happy or sad, so imagine my excitement when I heard that Singapore's Famous Coconut Ice Cream, Co Nut Ink, was coming to the Philippines!

Co Nut Ink is famous in Singapore for delicious ice cream that's affordable and unique with a focus on sustainability. The ice cream is served on a coconut shell topped with a variety of toppings, but the toppings just compliment the light, refreshing taste of Co Nut Ink's signature coconut ice cream. The stall is outside the mall so it's best for moments where you're craving for a sweet treat you can just 'grab and go.'

Co Nut Ink serves only one kind of ice cream but they do so really well. Here's what you can expect from Co Nut Ink...

What makes Co Nut Ink so special is their signature coconut ice cream that's served in a coconut shell. There are a number of toppings to choose from, since you can choose the Signature Classic (Php 120), Premium Nuts & Fruits (Php 140), and Watermelon/Sweetcorn (Php 130)

All of your coconut ice cream orders come with a free glass of coconut water!

The Premium Nuts & Fruits (Php 140) was the only flavor I tried but it certainly exceeded my expectations. I love how Co Nut Ink's signature coconut ice cream remains to be the star of the dish, but the toppings and the coconut meat complement really well with the slightly sweet taste of the coconut ice cream.

Co Nut Ink's ice cream was very light (like gelato) and refreshing which makes perfect for the weather here in the Philippines especially when you're strolling around in SM Mall of Asia during a hot afternoon. The coconut shell exterior makes it so pretty to hold that it's perfect for your instagram feed!

Initially, I was a bit hesitant that premium fruits and nuts won't go well with coconut but I have to agree that it's a very delicious pair that elevates the taste of the coconut ice cream making it far more addictive. It's also Sachzna Laparan's favorite flavor!

Social media personality and influencer Sachzna Laparan is Co Nut Ink's brand ambassadors! She loves the ice cream for being a nice, healthy snack that she can indulge in from time to time.

I wish I could have tried more of their ice cream flavors, I'm pretty sure I would have enjoyed them all. Coconut ice cream that's topped with watermelon or sweetcorn sounds pretty unique and tasty.
